TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTING MAJ SUNDAY SCHOOL BUILDING

FOR COLUMBUS MUSLIM COMMUNITY

RENTING THE HALL

RENT & DEPOSIT

● Rent of the Masjid Hall is $300

● We require a deposit for the Masjid Hall which is $200 to be paid at the time of booking.

CLEANING & TRASH DISPOSAL

● Everything needs to be cleaned and put back the way you receive it including furniture

● Lights/AC units/Heating system should be turned off before leaving the hall

● Trash must be removed and/or dumped at the big dumpster by the main entrance. If the dumpster is full then leave the trash to the side

● After the event is over, the hall, kitchen, and bathroom should be cleaned/mopped

PARTY ARRANGEMENTS

● The arrangement of the furniture and displayed schoolwork should not be disturbed

● If re-decoration is desired, it is permitted under the condition that the building is put back in the original setup

● It is up to the host of the event to use the partitions as they want

RENTING FURNITURE

● White folding tables and chairs can be rented out off of the premises rent for:

6 feet long tables – $8 (3 tables available)

5 feet long table – $6 (2 tables available)

White folding chair – $3 (30 chairs available)

● Furniture will need to be returned within the next two days of your event

● The renter will have to reimburse in case of any damaged furniture

● We will require a picture of the rented furniture before and after the return for assessment
